I ordered almonds, but the package I received was cashews. I double-checked my order just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, but it definitely said almonds. Has this happened to anyone else? Either way, I’m disappointed and probably won’t order again

I ordered a few bags, they just didn’t taste fresh. The almonds were dry, and the cashews had that old pantry kind of flavor. Maybe I got a bad batch, but they literally tasted stale, so I probably won’t be ordering these again.

I tried placing an order twice, and I was already in a impatient mood, so the site jumping around made it even more annoying. The cart was confusing, checkout felt slow, and after a while I just gave up.

I sent my return back and the refund took way longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, but the replies were slow, and the whole thing felt like more hassle than it needed to be. I’ve had returns with other places that were just...

I don’t know how else to put it, but the shipping cost was ridiculous. I’ve already had to explain this more than once, but the shipping ended up costing more than the actual items I ordered. At that point, it just feels impossible to justify placing the order

My nuts never arrived that was 2/2026 it is now april and they never reimbursed me. Terrible service and borders on fraud

I was hoping I’d be wrong, but this pretty much confirmed my feeling that the selection wasn’t going to be that great. I wanted a decent mix of nuts and snacks, but a lot of the options either weren’t there or felt like the same thing with slightly different packaging. The site itself was okay to use, so that wasn’t really the issue. I just didn’t see much that made me want to buy, and I ended up leaving with barely anything. Disappointing overall

My order from nutstop.com finally arrived, but the box was smashed up and one of the bags had opened inside. There were nuts all over the package and some of them looked crushed. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but this was worse than I expected, especially after paying for delivery. I also had to wait in a queue to get help about it, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.
